How to show the "Rename" menu on Recycle Bin

Open Regedit, find these key :

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/CLSID/{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}/ShellFolder

Double-click on Attributes value, and change it's binary data into 0000 50 01 00 20
