How to hide the Run menu

Open Registry, find this key :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer

Click the menu Edit > New > DWORD Value and give name NoRun.
Then double click that DWORD Value, give value 1 to activate it (1=hide, 0=show).
Restart the computer.

How to hide the Help And Support menu

Open Registry, find this key :
